Koryn Daniel Kraemer, 25, was accused of second-degree attack in Multnomah Province Locale Court on Wednesday, examiners said.

A man blamed for biting off the ear of a 78-year-elderly person on a light-rail train stage close to Portland, Oregon, told investigators he thought the casualty was a robot attempting to kill him, police said.

Koryn Daniel Kraemer was accused of second-degree attack in Multnomah Region Area Court on Wednesday, the Multnomah Province Lead prosecutor’s Office said. Kraemer, 25, entered a not liable supplication to the charge.

Around 2 a.m. Tuesday, police and delegates answered a light rail stage in Gresham after a guest said they could see a ton of blood and an aggressor on top of a casualty, as per a testimony of reasonable justification.

Officials utilized power to eliminate Kraemer from the person in question and the casualty was taken to an emergency clinic, the sworn statement said. The casualty’s right ear was gnawed off in the assault and a piece of his skull was noticeable, the oath said. He was calmed however in stable condition, as per the report.

Specialists said the suspect at first gave his name as El Cook, and he was set up for prison under that name. Multnomah Region prison staff later recognized the man as Kraemer, who had as of late moved to Portland from Georgia, the oath said.

Kraemer told a criminal investigator he drank liquor, maryjane and fentanyl pills before the assault, as per the oath, and said he could guess by how the casualty smelled that he was a robot. He likewise told police he spit the tissue onto the ground.

Kraemer is being held in authority without bail.
