This Saturday Night Live sketch had it all: cringeworthy jokes, a courtroom setting and Kim Kardashian. The SNL cast played lawyers on the jury trying to convince one of their own Beck Bennett that he should vote guilty based on the evidence which was pretty much just clips from Keeping Up With The Kardashians. They argued that some cringe comedy is better than no comedy at all.
At the end of the skit, Kim Kardashian appeared in person and some people were not very happy with how she was presented on SNL. According to E! Online, a source revealed that Kanye saw it and wasn’t happy at all, while another insider said that Kim was extremely embarrassed.
In case you missed it, here’s the sketch that caused all of this drama:
I think it was funny. They could have done better with the Kardashian jokes but I’m sure they’re not experts on them so they probably did their best. What do you guys think? Was this too much? Let us know in the comments!
And if you want more Kim, you can watch her in the kitty cat sweater in this funny reenactment of G-Dragon’s video featuring CL.

Kim Kardashian West was actually on Jimmy Kimmel last night and they talked about it. She was really embarrassed but tried to take the high road by saying that she loves comedy even if it’s at her expense. As for her reaction? I probably would’ve laughed too.
As for Kanye, he hasn’t commented on the situation until just now when he went on Twitter to rant about celebrities taking themselves too seriously. I guess he is not the Kim fan that some people thought.
The media is trying to demonize Kanye for what he said, but does anyone else see his point? He’s on the right track about having fun with things if they are funny without hurting someone’s feelings. He’s not saying it’s okay to make fun of people if their feelings are hurt, but he is saying that we can tell the difference between comedy and hate speech. What do you guys think?
